KIDZ BOP, the number one music brand for kids in the U.S., has sold over 19 million albums, and has had 24 Top 10 Albums on The Billboard 200 Chart. Only 3 artists in history (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Barbra Streisand) have had more. KIDZ BOP released the best-selling children’s album of the year for the last three years and in 2016 outsold some of today’s biggest artists including Bruno Mars, Sia, The Weeknd, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber.
In spring 2017, UMOD launched KIDZ BOP, the US’ #1 children’s music brand for eight consecutive years (Billboard Magazine), in the UK. The first three albums debuted within the UK’s Top 40 Artist Album Chart, and went on to sell over 150,000 albums in 18 months.
Supported by national TV and digital advertising campaigns, the KIDZ BOP Kids also appeared and performed on popular kids TV shows (CBBC’s landmark Blue Peter, CITV’s Scrambled!), as well as on staple morning shows, Good Morning Britain, and This Morning Live.
Summer 2018 saw the British KIDZ BOP Kids perform live across the UK -- from sold-out performances at Kidtropolis Birmingham, to an opening act run for the Harlem Globetrotters, including a performance at the O2 Arena in London, the KIDZ BOP Kids finished on a high note, with a three-day run at CBBC Summer Social in Liverpool.
